During Brenda’s many years in the commercial real estate industry working in the varied roles of senior property manager, director, VP and broker; as well as starting and working in her own brokerage; she gained a wealth of experience in all aspects of commercial property management, sales and leasing, leadership, and business.
After briefly retiring from the field, Brenda was asked to join Josan Properties to help open their brokerage for third party property management. It was time for them to share their expertise in property management and asset growth with others. The Josan team’s keen commitment to their core values of integrity, excellence, growth, and respect; along with their obvious expertise, made the decision an easy one. She has been working as broker with the team since July 2025.
