Seerath Palak is the Associate Director, Real Estate at Josan Properties Ltd., where he plays a key role in the management, leasing, and strategic growth of the company’s commercial real estate portfolio. Since joining Josan Properties in 2021, he has assumed responsibility for the company’s legacy portfolio, overseeing asset performance while driving internal sales and leasing initiatives across a diverse range of properties.
In addition to his portfolio management responsibilities, Seerath is actively involved in the brokerage division, specializing in commercial real estate sales and leasing for both Josan Properties’ assets and third-party clients. His approach combines strong relationship management, market knowledge, and a commitment to delivering value-driven real estate solutions.
Seerath graduated from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) in 2019 with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology and holds a Commercial Real Estate Licence through the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA).
Beyond his professional responsibilities, Seerath is actively engaged in the Edmonton community through volunteer work with the Breaking the Silence 5K Mental Health Walk and Run, the Punjab United Sports and Heritage Association, and the Simran Villing Memorial Soccer Tournament. An avid sports enthusiast, he enjoys playing soccer and participating in a variety of athletic activities.
